'We were greeted very friendly by the front desk manager. Hotel smelled very clean & is very charming inside. She was up front with us about wifi issues, hot tubs were not on & they do not serve breakfast any longer. Made sure we were okay with it before proceeding & processing our payment. Very nice pool & with a great big spiral slide. Pleasantly surprised that the room had Directv with tons of channels. I would absolutely recommend to anyone coming through with a young family. 'Great owner. Easy check in. People who do not like the owner were probably tenants that did not respect the property. Great employees. Multicultural staff that is helpful and makes any person feel welcome. Easy access to food and the mall. Bars are within walking distance if you are in town for work and need to relax. Have stayed multiple times.'
