'Not even close to a 5 star stay. Food on site is mediocre at best (yet expensive) and the service is not great. We had mice in the room. The location is quite far away from everything else on the island so you always need a taxi, but those are not always available. This was not worth it.'

'The Bathtub water was extremely dirty, and staying here felt like a complete waste of money. From the time of check-in, I reported issues with the Wi-Fi, TV, and telecom services, but none of them were resolved properly.
