'This is the one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Decorated beautifully, in a beautiful neighborhood, close enough to all attractions, but I world away when it comes to accommodations. It was like staying in a modern version of Graceland. 'The apartment has 4 floors and the rooms are spaced out so there is privacy. The roof top deck was great to hand out but unable to view the bridge/river. Convenient to Beale Street, Peabody and Orpheum. Met neighbors and they were very friendly. There was racing on Friday night outside of the apartment and it was very loud. 'WOW! I cannot say enough about Stephne's property and Stephne's communication! This home is absolutely lovely and oh, so comfortable. 'Property was as described. Common room is a bit small for a large group but manageable. Great location near Beale and FedEx for games. Main St is hit or miss as many storefronts are abandoned but there are great spots scattered throughout. Street noise was a major issue on Saturday night though that’s not the owners fault.'

'My daughters and I just recently stayed at the property (feb. 2024). You are two blocks away from Beale Street. You are also very close to the FedEx forum as my daughters and I went to a Grizzlies game while there. It was very close, close enough that people going to the game parked on the street where the home was located. If you don't want the busyness of Beale you can always go for a more tranquil area right around the corner on Main St. that also has tram stops. Restaurants near there...
