'My wife, dogs and myself all loved this stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Having such a great area for the dogs was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again. First time staying someplace and never interacting with any staff, different but I liked it.'

'It was a motel in a pinch. Blinds don’t fit windows so all the light comes in and anyone can watch you sleep or change. Things haven’t been updated in a while. Outlets so loose, any plug falls out. Carpet is stained and pillows had hairs on them. But, it was a bed for a night.'

'This is an "old school" facility. However, the motel was maintained well and everything worked. It is clean but a little "dog-eared" here and there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I slept very well. It was quiet. I enjoyed the view and the grassy area above the quay wall with Lake Superior lapping at the wall. The parking spots were wide and roomy. I might go back in the fall.'
