'Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...

'Room was ok. Elevator was broken so I had to climb the steps'

'The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay.'

'Clean, hot tub jets didn't work and the outdoor pool patio was closed off. 4 stars because they charged 24.00 for our 5 yr old as an "extra person" with 2 queen beds in a room or agree with daily pet fees totalling 120.00 for 2 days is steep.'

'The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. But we tried to get out of our last night due to bad weather that canceled our baseball games for the following day. they would not refund us our last night they said that the hotel was full. Which made no sense, if the hotel was full and I was checking out early then our room is now opened and we went online in the hotel was not full. We could book plenty of rooms so the reason they gave us for not refunding our unused night made no sense.'

'The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke.'

'Everything was great but when I booked the room, and I made sure to double check, the checkout time was listed as 12 noon. At 10:55 am someone was knocking on the door saying checkout time was 11:00 am which would be standard. I explained what I saw on the website and the lady said ok, stay until 12 noon. After that as I showered was trying to get my clothes on and I got two more calls from a male telling me it was past 11:00 am. It was like borderline harassment.'

'The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments'
