'This was HORRIBLE. LOUD party in the lobby until 11 PM, slamming doors until 1AM, kids running up and down halls yelling, people drunk in groups in parking lot, stomping on above floors. Told front desk… she did NOTHING. Day manager said, “if it was me here, I would shut it down by 10pm” Also, the pool looked GROSS. Like it had oil in it. Slimy almost. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Waste of $$ and NO SLEEP!! '

'We booked on Expedia and at arrival, the staff at the front desk was high and would not check us in. He stated that the system resets ever night and there was no reservation. We were told we could call the company number and book another room. I was charged through Expedia and am now not being given a refund because the hotel won’t answer. Expedia also attempted to call that night several times and they wouldn’t answer. But I am not given a refund which is unacceptable. '
