'The spot was a good 2 bedroom apartment nice for a place to stay when we were visiting family nearby. It had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. A few things to know for future visitors are that: 1. Getting to the second bedroom, in the attic, was steep with no railing steps (even steps to get into apartment were tight/steep and could see it being difficult for some) but being younger made it ok to get up and use 2nd bedroom. 2. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby.'
