'The staff was so kind! The girl at the front desk was very polite, along with the housekeeping in the hallways. The chef at breakfast was helpful, attentive, and kept the area very clean. The pool was clean and warm and the kids loved it. Very good restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay again. '

'The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! '

'Everything was fine. Clean. Only issues wete the room door was hard to get open. Had to use shoulder and slam into it. It would be nice to start with enough towels, instead of 2 for 4 people.'

'The hotel has such character. It was very beautiful, clean and in a great location. The people were wonderful, they had the temperament of Disney employees (very patient and polite). The rooms were roomy, we had a deluxe, and the housekeeping was excellent. '

'the staff was amazing i forgot my gold necklace and earrings and the gentleman at the front desk looked for them personally and set them aside for me. only issue i had was that the sheets and mattress topper was dirty. it looked like a fresh stain of some kind of oil. but with no fuss they set me up in a different room.
