'The cottage was perfectly located just a few blocks from restaurants, the beach, and just a short bike ride from Asbury. It was so clean and the host, Dawn, was wonderful. Looking forward to our next stay here!'

'Situated perfectly in the center of it all, this little cottage had all the we needed. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shows, church, ice cream, shopping, etc. Ocean Grove is my "Go To" place for rest, relaxation and fun.'

'Wonderful cottage just off the main strip of Atlantic Highlands (walking distance to many fine restaurants and the ferry to NYC). Check in and check out were a breeze and the owner was so easy to work with. Property had all the necessary amenities, was clean, and well cared for. Loved my stay.'

'Daniel runs a great property in spring lake, 5 minute walk from the train, cozy with the essentials (beach chairs and badges) provided for. You can spend the entire trip without need for a car if you like to walk. 10-12 min walk to beach or 10 minute walk to town. Very safe, residential neighborhood. 'We stayed at this property over Easter weekend 2024. The rental was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach which had a well maintained boardwalk which made for easy walking. Short drive to numerous restaurants in Belmar and Asbury Park. Very nice and spacious private bathrooms with walk in showers adjacent to each of the 3 bedrooms. Nicely handicap accessible. Slight issue with the listing indicating a hot tub as an amenity but this was admirably...

'We had the most wonderful week at the Sandy Hook Beach Cottages. The cottage itself was clean and charming. Opening the door and walking down to the private beach was magical. Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Dennis was available for any questions and incredibly welcoming. We can’t wait to bring our little family back again for many future vacations!'

'No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise'
