'I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly due to cleanliness and maintenance issues.
Upon arrival, the room did not feel properly cleaned. I noticed hair underneath the sofa, visible stains, and even burned bed covers, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom was also problematic—the toilet bowl was difficult to flush and did not seem well-maintained.
What concerned me the most was the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is completely...

'Room was very small.Advertised to accommodate 3-4 people which was impossible. There was one queen bed for two people and the rest will have to sleep on the floor.
There was no place to keep your wardrobe other than your luggage.
Very limited electrical outlet. You have to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the microwave.
There were bugs noted crawling at night.
In fairness, the building and the whole complex was nice and beautifully maintained.

'worst of all the worst. microwave is not working, elevator always full. wifi is not working. it took 20-30 mins for me to go downstairs. they did only offer me to transfer on a different room 2 days before my checkout. WORST INCOMPETENT TYPE OF BNB. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO MY FACEBOOK POST'

'I like that the market is a walking distance from the property and stores are nearby. I didn’t like that only 2 elevators are available for the floor I’m staying. It takes long wait for the elevator to come each time I use it and being in the 18th floor, if I was in the lower floors,using stairs could be faster. 1 elevator was not in order for 3-4 days. There are 42 floors with only 2-3 elevators???available. Total elevators only 4 for 42 floor building, seems like poor planning '
