'We had a great time, and the location of the property worked for the things that we planned on doing. Making trips to both Cookeville and Crossville is worked out perfectly. The house itself was nice and the added touch of the Christmas was perfect! The kids loved it. Overall, I would stay here again when we come back.'

'The way they have the house & other building set up, is nice. You can be together as a group but still have your own space. Beds were not comfortable, suggest taking a mattress topper or something to cushion the beds some & the water pressure was extremely low but that could be from all the congestion in that area. I enjoyed the location, marina, swinging bridge, pizza place, & another restaurant within close range. Cute decor, nice deck & chiminea, take extra toilet paper & trash bags with you....

'Incredible views! Beautiful home. Pictures do not do it justice . Great location we went for a long weekend and stayed 3 nights. We stayed busy and will need to go go back to fully visit the parks and plan some hikes. Host was very helpful and and informative on the area. 10/10 stars !'

'Good place to stay if your boating out of Sunset marina Plenty of space for family and friends A couple doors were missing handles, that needs addressed,we had a little guy stuck in the bathroom. The shower area in the efficiency apartment needs some sort of lighting The projection tv was new to us from our previous stay and the kids loved it as well as the hot tub'

'We stayed at the house for the Thanksgiving tradition of fishing Dale Hollow. To our disappointment the lake was so low that we wasn’t able to launch our boat. We tried 4 different ramps (all were out of the water). So, with that being the situation we stayed one night and left the next day.'

'Our annual family reunion was held in Wilder this year, so we chose to stay in Cookeville. The house is beautiful, clean, easy to access, & close to everything. The pool/fire pit/cornhole/entertaining area was AWESOME! We would definitely stay again! We didn’t need to communicate w/ anyone but had to give a review, so I said ⭐️⭐️⭐️ on that question… we did miss having a toaster 🤷‍♀️'

'Our stay was so AMAZING that I don't know where to begin! The house is absolutely beautiful, CLEAN, designed perfectly, up-to-date appliances, washer and dryer and so much more!! Everything you could need was provided. They had shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, beautiful white towels, hair dryer...I could go on and on! If you forgot something, no problem, they probably have it! They have a grill AND a smoker! There were condiments in the frig and even some popsicles...

'This was a great place to stay for a fishing trip. Parking can be a bit challenging with 2 (20’+) boats but doable. Also had outside electrical outlets for charging batteries. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with the accommodations .'

'First, we will be back. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was perfect for our group. We look forward to renting again so that we can enjoy the pool, unfortunately, it was too cold this time. 'We had a great time getting away from the daily stresses of life. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed the trails and hot tub. Bed was cozy. I love chickens and was tickled with the farm fresh eggs left in our cabin for breakfast! We are already planning to return!'
