Wonderful luxury updated 3 BR Xanadu just across the street from the beach. Spectacular updated kitchen and baths. Forest Beach is a great location to be on Hilton Head. You have easy access to the beaches, just across the street. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants located in the Coligny shopping area. You can enjoy breakfast at Skillets or Plantation Deli, pizza at New York City Pizza or dinner at Big Bamboo. Big Bamboo has live entertainment and a great bar area. The Town of Hilton Head has developed a beautiful town park with a huge grass area to picnic in or enjoy the huge Pirate Ship playground, just off Pope Avenue. All this within a minute or two of Xanadu. Miles of bike paths are just in front of the condo on Forest Beach road.
