'We loved this house, so much character. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We cooked and ate our meals here (you can even do a grocery pickup at the Kroger which is not far away). We loved listening to the river, and truly just enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!'

'This house was nicer than the photos! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with implements to make a delicious surf and turf dinner. 1st floor bath had a wonderful shower and the queen beds were great. Host was very responsive and helpful. The view was breathtaking and the area had a lot to offer.'

'The setting was awesome, private and beautiful. The house was large and well maintained. Only problem was in finding it. Ended up at the owner's house who graciously escorted us to the house. Highly recommend owner this place. '

'Very nice property along the river. Only thing that I could possibly complain about is the bed in the single cabin uses to be a double when our family stayed before now it's more like a bunk bed not suitable for a couple and the pillows on it are so heavy you can't even pick them up. Maybe update the photos to all the new work done that looks so nice since we last stayed.'

'The property is cozy and has lots of extra amenities, like a coffee and snack bar, and the kitchen had all we needed. The place is nicely decorated and had plenty of space for the five of us. We enjoyed sitting on the deck one night and watching the sunset. It is located close enough to Fayetteville to be able to get there in about 15 to 20 minutes, but is out in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle.'

'What a find this place was! Loved the retro decor but with modern appliances and amenities. Very comfy beds and furniture, and lovely screened porch facing the woods. Mt. Hope is not much of a town but it’s located about halfway between the northern and southern ends of the NP which made for shorter drives in either direction to access trails.
