'We loved this house, so much character. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We cooked and ate our meals here (you can even do a grocery pickup at the Kroger which is not far away). We loved listening to the river, and truly just enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!'

'The Top of the Town was the perfect vibe for our girl's getaway/reunion weekend. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and near the New River, we couldn't resist the views from the porch and spent most of our time relaxing and visiting on the porch. This was at 10/10 spot and we are already dreaming/planning a return trip.'

'Great spot on River. Nice hole in front of house for swimming and fishing. Caught several small mouth bass. Very private, really enjoyed seating on porch and around fire pit listening to river. Seen bald eagle on our last morning. Would for sure go there again. Host was great, communication was great and had no problems during our stay. '

'This place was incredible, absolutely beautiful house in an even better setting. The location was perfect for us. House was super clean and comfortable. Awesome communication with the owners. The only downside was not having more time to spend here. I highly recommend this property. '

'Nicely remolded. We had an issues caused by us. The owner was there to help out within an hour. If you stay there do not lock the door lock. It’s not just a pass through knob. We locked it and of course the code meant nothing at that point. Like o said great response and we moved right along. We will stay there again '

'We only had a short stay but this place was the perfect weekend getaway with my wife and I. It had all the amenities of home but with the quiet seclusion we were looking for. Jim the owner was very accommodating and helpful with making our stay enjoyable. '
