'The customer service exhibited by the receptionists on our arrival and departure was par excellance The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. We chose to have a Jamaican breakfast that was artisically arranged,the taste was exquisite but so much food we could not finish it!!!! 'Riu Aquarelle is a lovely property. The public areas and my room were clean and well presented. I loved the inclusion of premium liquor (Gordon's Gin! Johnnie Walker!) In the room. The food was delicious at White Bay, Kyoto and Napoli. The menus/offerings were extensive. It was hard to choose. It was convenient to make reservations via the Riu app. The waterpark was fun and clean. The best part was the staff. They were friendly, warm and helpful.
