Summary:

Enjoy a stay at my Cozy Fully Furnished 2 Bedroom Apartment located in a quiet neighborhood of Hiroshima City.

Just 10 minutes via tram from Hiroshima Station.

It is a perfect place to stay and relax after a whole day of exploring the city.



The Space:

This unit is located at the 6th floor of the building. Access to entire unit. No sharing with other guest.



Sleeping Arrangement:



Bedroom 1:

2 Double Size Bed (Sleeps 4 person)



Bedroom 2:

2 Double Size Bed (Sleeps 4 person)



Living Area:

Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2 person)



A total of 10 Adults can comfortably stay



Amenities are of hotel quality. Towels and Toiletries are provided during your stay. The washing machine comes with free detergent. You have your kitchen space as well to cook some delicious meal that comes with a basic kitchen tool.



Guest Access:

You can access my entire apartment. No Sharing with other guest. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

In a quiet neighborhood

1 min walk to the nearest street car station



Getting Around:

10-15 minutes via street car from Hiroshima Station

20 minutes via street car to Peace Park

3 minutes walk to the nearest convenience store



Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.

No smoking inside the unit.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly fill up the check in form and attach your passport id. Once the form has been completed, the self check in instruction will be sent to you on your check in day.

CCTV/Security Camera:

The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.



It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
