This apartment is perfect for big groups or family. With 3 bedrooms, 14 people can comfortably stay. The Peace Park is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Surrounded with shops, supermarket and convenience stores. It is centrally located but in a quite area. You will sure have a restful night after a long day of touring the city.

This unit is located at the 8th floor of the building. Access to entire unit. No sharing with other guest.

Total of 14 Adults can comfortably stay



Sofa bed is self service. It is very easy to set it up.



Amenities is of hotel quality. Towels and Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) are provided during your stay. Washing machine comes with free detergent. Complimentary coffee. WIFI Available.



Guest Access:

The apartment is on the 8th floor of the building. You can access my entire apartment. No Sharing with other guest.

1 minute walk from the nearest tram station.



Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.

No smoking inside the unit.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.

CCTV/Security Camera:

The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.



It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
