The futon is self service . It's packing in the shelf in the package , you can easly set up in 2 mins with all the clean sheets from the shelf as well .

In my apartment ,offer with 1 heater , plus each room offer with air-condition which provide heating and cooling air depending on you need .

Please note - regarding to the new hotel and short term rental law , I have to ask you provide passport image upload after the booking is confirmed, you may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app otherwise I might lose my business license , hope you can understand.

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

Garbage
if garbage box is full, please leave it a balcony. or contact me by message so I can arrange a staff to pick up your garbage, Please keep the garbage in the entrance (in the apartment, no public space ) so my staff can enter the room with a spare key and simply pick the garbage way for you.
