This charming two-story house offers spacious accommodations, featuring the following bedding arrangements:

1st floor: Bedroom ① with 2 double-size beds (sleeps 4)
1st floor: Bedroom ② with 2 double-size beds (sleeps 4)
1st floor: Living area with 1 double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and 3 single-size futon sets (sleeps 3)
2nd floor: Bedroom ③ with 3 single-size futon sets (sleeps 3)
2nd floor: Bedroom ④ with 2 single-size futon sets (sleeps 2)

This accommodation has a maximum capacity of 18 people.
*Please utilize the sofa bed along with the provided futon set.

Please note that reservations can only be made for up to 16 people.
In cases where you require accommodation for more than 16 people, kindly inform us in advance, as additional charges will apply after the booking is confirmed.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and no sharing with other guests.

Other Things to Note:
Regarding room access, you will receive an automated message from Airbnb after completing your reservation. Furthermore, detailed instructions will be sent to your registered email address. The room itself will provide you with complete privacy, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your time as if you were in the comfort of your own home.

Please kindly note the following guidelines:

Parties are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Check-in time starts at 3:00 pm, and check-out time is by 10:00 am. Please ensure punctuality.
The use of the balcony area on the second floor is prohibited to avoid inconveniencing the neighbors. Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from opening the windows.
The premises offer one parking space on-site and an additional parking area outside. However, please be aware that the road leading to the premises is narrow, so we recommend using the parking lot outside the premises. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any accidents or issues that may occur within or outside the premises.

For your convenience, we provide futons that you can set up and cover yourself using our self-service option.

During your stay, please be aware that there won't be any cleaning service provided. If you are staying for multiple nights, we kindly request that you utilize the washing machine to refresh your towels and reuse them.

For the safety and security of our guests, security cameras have been installed outside the building. These cameras serve the purpose of enhancing guest safety and providing assistance during the check-in process.

We do offer luggage storage before check-in (self-service), allowing you to store your luggage. However, please note that we are unable to accommodate luggage storage after check-out.
