'We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! Breakfast was horrible, nothing replaces when emptied seemed like the staff ate more then anyone! It was a horrible experience!'

'There were only 2 negative aspects : 1 The room air had a very strong deodorizer fragrance. It was strong enough to be a problem for sensitive folks. 2 Our room was #101, the first one next to the staircase at the end of a hall near an entrance. The sound of people thumping down the staircase was very annoying.'
