'The staff is the downfall of this resort. Our concierge Franklin was great and besides only 2 other servers, service was a 1. Always seemed like they were short staffed at the rout 66 restaurant as our order would take up to 30 minutes when only 1 other table was there. If you select this resort you will need to patient as service again is not their strong suit.'

'I really have to say that the grounds on the resort are beautiful. It is a very large resort and therefore sometimes if you are too tired from activities during the day, you might want to use their transport service. Sometimes it doesn’t come around often. We stayed in the adult only section, El Beso. The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are very prompt and attentive to your needs. One minus, the electricity in our room shut down a few times in the week we stayed there. It’s not fun...
