'The shower/ tub didn't drain well. The bathroom needed some touch ups. The concrete beyond the fenced balcony's paint was peeling and looked unsightly.The drive entrance was a little intimidating.It was very steep and had a sharp turn. I wasn't sure two cars could maneuver through the turn. The bed was wonderfully clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. We slept well.The front desk woman was very nice. 'The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The hotel was lovely, clean, and full of history. It had amazing high ceilings and huge windows with a beautiful view of the bridge and the Ohio River. It was also next to a park which was nice for my son. And it’s right next to the walkway up to the bridge that crosses into Kentucky. I will be back for sure.'

'The hotel was very clean. It even smelled great as soon as you walked in the door. We booked a suite and it loved it. The room had 2 queen beds and a double pull out couch, 2 tvs in separate rooms as well. We loved that it has a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove top. 'Location and description were perfect. Vrbo was more to blame on the lack of communication bc there was zero. Fire pit and grill were there but no wood was provivded and being not from the area that sucked. The beds were horrible so stiff it might as well have been the floor and there was a sewage smell that was trying to be masked by the plug ins that made it worse. All around a decent little spot secluded and quiet.'

'The property is beautiful and the accomodations were charming. Just right for four girlfriends to get away, relax, and have fun. Easy jaunt into Madison. Tom and Chaundra were so helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely reccomend for couples and friends headed to the area.'

'I was confirmed and assured through Expedia on the 24th that there was an reservation. The manager cancelled all reservations and didn't contact anyone. I was not the only one. I had nowhere to stay and I came from Georgia alone. Needless to say, I was livid. '

'We stayed here for our 20 year anniversary week away. Very clean, we loved the hot tub and they had wine and some local goodies for us to try as a gift for our anniversary. There was an issue with the door code but they fixed it very quickly. We would definitely stay there again.'
