'Great place to splurge for a night. We ended up having an "all inclusive" experience. (Food and drink.) Which helped make it feel more "worth it". 'Such an inviting jungle like retreat! A staff member met us at the train station and walked us to the hotel. The superior suite room was wonderful, especially with the natural hot springs hot tub! 'Very port property with open structure. Staff were super nice and helpful with everything. The breakfast was delish- full continental including hot eggs to order. They packed breakfast for us each day for our hikes. Hot water and water pressure was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Lounge area was comfortable. Just a great stay. Would recommend. '

'Someone was waiting for us at the train station to take us to Rupa. That was nice because the place is not easy to find. Also someone carried the luggage which was much appreciated while it's a very steep climb to the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and staff is very helpfull and speak good english. So a perfect place to stay. Only negative I can say is that the showers where not hot but that is realy the only thing. '

'The reason for 4 stars is the noise in the building. The rooms have no outside windows but the window is into a small courtyard and the noise travels up very easily. Also the noise from the hallway echoes into the room. My husband slept through it but I was awakened quite a few times. Otherwise was a really nice place to stay. '

'Het bed was heerlijk zacht en de douche lekker warm na de Salkantay trek te hebben gewandeld. Het was wel gehorig... de muziek van de rooftopbar staat tot 22u hard aan. Zodat je die door het hele hostel hoort. Door de vermoeiende trek en de vroege wekker voor machu picchu gingen we er vroeg in. We stoorden ons daardoor aan de muziek. De treinen die langskomen vonden wij niet heel storend.'
