'Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work.'

'While the Location it’s amazing and the surrounding area, the fact that it is on the main strip is super the property itself lacks a lot of attention the lack of flowable running water hot water at that is very minimum you ask for help and they expect you to be OK with lukewarm water in freezing temperature. 'This hotel is a little off the beaten path. It’s about one block past the area that feels active and safe. The lobby is very sparsely decorated and not very welcoming. We had two rooms. One of our rooms had hot water problems. Lots of cold showers. In our other room, the outlets did not work. The hotel staff was very responsive in fixing that problem. Overall, it was just fine.'

'Very disappointing experience. As two women traveling alone, arriving after dark to an unfamiliar town was stressful enough, but this hotel made the situation even worse. Communication was difficult because very few staff members, including management, spoke English, leaving us feeling unsupported and uncertain about our options. The hotel itself was not what we expected. The lobby appeared old, shabby, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel....

'Net hotel, met basis voorzieningen op 3 sterren niveau. Leuk & goed personeel. Goede ligging t.a.v. station en bus naar Machu Picchu. Hotel relatief duur t.a.v. de voorzieningen, zoals de meeste hotels in Machu Picchu, je betaalt voor de locatie dichtbij het wereld wonder. '

'This was incredible. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this may not be for you , but if you want a real authentic experience with an incredible view , I mean incredible. (This is saying a lot as I am from Alaska and have a high level of expectation for views ) the family that runs the base camp and restraint were so sweet this was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had in my life. Can’t wait to plan my trip back here! '
