'I have booked this hotel for a handful of trips, but rhis last time a few if mybutems where stolen by the cleaning staff. It has been 2 weeks and no one has been willing to call me back to acknowledge and resolve this theft issue. I have reached out to corporate and still no one is willing to come up with a solution. 'My poor rating was due to the noise level of the air conditioner. It would make a very loud click sound when it turned on and off. It would turn on and off every few minutes. Finally I go down to the front desk at midnight and they offered to switch rooms, but there wasn’t a guarantee that the AC wouldn’t have the same issue. They’ve had many complaints before. It was very concerning that I was going to be driving 9 hrs the next day with maybe 3 hrs of sleep.'
