'Everything from the suite, to the whole property, the breakfast, and especially the staff were excellent! Valerie, Graham, Rosi and Jeff treated everyone like family and went out their way to make us comfortable and feel welcome. Michael cooked up a delicious breakfast on Saturday, and Graham cooked up an equally delicious breakfast on Sunday. Can't say enough about the Excel Suite, it's basically a small apartment with a stove, an ice maker a small fridge, coffee maker and all you would need....

'Highly recommend this very cool option when staying in Galveston. Unlike anything else, it's an exciting change of pace to for an overnight stay. The railcar is super clean and looks recently refurbished. The staff was over-the-top in efforts to assure we had everything we needed. We stayed during Railfest but any time is a good time for this property. We will definitely be back.'
