It is a nice hotel. The old name of this hotel was Lotus. Breakfast had Vietnamese food so you can try various food during the breakfast buffet. I see very little people for lunch probably because it becomes expensive with the extra charges. Two dishes will come to 400k and with added charges it will be 700k. The lady at the entrance who helps setup tours was very friendly.

I truly loved this place!!! The staff was excellent. Jade is super sweet, professional and very helpful. Every time we would run into her she was attentive and caring. The bartender from the roof bar and the lovely waitress SUPER. From the doorman to the staff at restaurant, everyone is very sweet. The hotel is at an excellent location. My wife and I were able to walk everywhere. My only regret is not staying there longer.

ホテルとしては新しさや、大きくはありませんが、清潔にされています。受付スタッフの方も丁寧で好感がもてます。今回到着が12時頃と早かったにも関わらずチェックインさせてくれたのは大変助かりました。 到着時のウェルカムドリンクやアフターヌーンティーの特典もあり、顧客満足ど度を上げる努力が見られました。 部屋によるみたいですが、トイレがウォシュレットだったのは高評価です。 また、朝食も美味しかったです。 一つだけ気になったのは、部屋が1階(実質2階)でしたが、外の音がかなり聞こえたことです。もう少し防音されると良いかもしれません。

The hotel showed as 4 stars on Expedia review and the pictures looked so glossy so I decided to book it. But I’m reality it’s was so bad and I would not recommend for tourists because the hotel was dirty and scary. I could smell urine in the bedsheet. The surrounding didn’t give me a secure feeling. The name of the hotel had changed to Happy Life Hotel. We couldn’t recognize, but the hotel staff called in us to the hotel. The staff service was nice. I stayed the 2nd floor, the room door has a gap, so the conversation at lobby was noisy. Breakfast was good enough to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. In total, l give 4 stars.

We booked the best room & were very happy with the size of the room and comfort. The staff were lovely & very attentive after I suffered a fall. One downside which requires urgent attention is the tiled flooring on the rooftop pool/bar area. There is a small change in level in the tiles right in the middle of the floor which is difficult to see, even in day time. I twisted my ankle, injured my elbows & knees in a fall when I didnt see the change in level. A simple black line or hazard tape would have prevented my fall.

Fantastique !!!
Merveilleux séjour à Ho Chi Minh dans cet excellent hôtel avec piscine sur le rooftop et très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités (lieux de visites culturelles, variété des restaurants, le marché Cho Ben Thanh ou l’on trouve vraiment de tout, sorties et balade sympa le soir,…). La qualité du personnel toujours souriant est excellente !!! D’ailleurs je tenais à remercier particulièrement Nikki pour sa disponibilité, sa sympathie et ses précieux conseil sur l’organisation de mon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel car vraiment appréciable après un long vol.

A convenient location and clean hotel with a nice rooftop pool and bar with very friendly staff. The only downside was our room was located on mezzanine where the noise from reception filtered up at all hours of the night and staff were too scared to ask guests to keep it down

Good stay
The hotel is situated in a great location within district 1. Walkable distance to pretty much all attraction. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel with shops and others amenities available. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great. Our room was large (we booked the best room possible) which came with afternoon tea. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop together with a great bar / club in the evening - offering fantastic views of the city in the night. Room was tidy and spacious, the drawback is the bathroom shower with lack of proper shower screen. The curtain wasn’t sufficient to keep the water out from leaking on to the floor, which was rather annoying and not to mention slippery. Other than that the hotel is a nice place to stay for a short visit in the city.

Great location. Very confusing when we check in. Give an upgrade because they messed up. We went out for dinner come back they said they straightened it out, but took away the upgrade. Furthermore, we had to pay an extra 2Million VND to reserve the room we were supposed to get. They did refund the money however the confusion made it difficult.

Thia hotel is def NOT a 4 stars as it is classified Place smells, hotel is old, rooms have not bedside light, has a v bright light in ceiling, bed was horrible and when i said i was leaving then they decided to upgraded me… ? Not recommend this place at all!!!

This was a great hotel! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Laundry service and room service were great and fairly priced. They had a great rooftop bar and their NYE's event was a blast! Great view of the fireworks and yummy drinks! Breakfast had a wide variety of options from pho to made to order omelettes. I loved the fried rice and the fresh fruit juices. Afternoon Tea was the best with live musical performances and yummy sweets. Downside were the nonworking spa and my parents room had a leakage in their bathroom where water was pouring into their bathroom from the room above. Other than that, my stay was great and I would definitely book again next time I'm in Saigon! Cam on nhieu nhe!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Location wise perfect for Bui Vien Street and Ben Thanh Market. The free afternoon tea was a nice touch but the things on offer not so much as they catered towards a western palette, would have been good to see more Vietnamese food on offer. Breakfast was also not so good as food was luke warm and some people took so much food and wasted so much that it left nothing for others. The sky bar was dangerous to get up to as most of glass was broken on side of stairs and pool was so poorly maintained and super cold. Towels on offer were also old. The live DJ and music at night as a result meant it was so noisy at night, given that we've stayed in places right next to Bui Vien St and heard nothing says it all.
