'temporary accommodation during move. the apartment is large , however the a/c's (very slow cooling) and kitchen are outdated. at checkout - reception was unable to charge my credit card for the restaurant bill - eventhough restaurant was ok to put it on my room. the grounds and location of riverside are well maintained and within easy reach of An Phu and the schools in Thao Dien. 'The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. 'It's very spacious. About 50m to 80m from main road make this place very private and quite. A coffee restaurant is only few steps walking distance away if you like to have a cup of coffee after dinner. Security is good because the gate will be locked after midnight. On the whole, I fully enjoyed the stay at Chowa and very very likely will come to this place for accommodation if I will visit Vietnam again. Cheer!'

"This is our 4th time visiting The Reverie since 2020. The hotel still amazes us and the politeness of its employee is remarkable. Once you step in the hotel it feels like you just enter the palace of Louis the 14th. You can feel like a king one day. In our case 14 days. This is also the 50th anniversary of my parents, and they made it very special for my parents. Big thanks for that. It's our fourth installment and unfortunately we also observed some downsides of it. An overview of the in our opinion shortcomings compared to the previous times: 1. No one opens the elevators for you anymore 2. mini bar is only filled once a day instead of twice 3. the floor of the room is not daily cleaned and they missed some areas, you can also see spiderwebs on the chair 4. fruit is only one time (arrival) 5. the luxury small shampoo, body wash bottles are replaced by big refillable bottles in the shower. you miss the luxury feeling 6. the box for the hand towels in the bathroom is damaged, this is not 5 star worthy, damage products feels like you staying at a hostel. Perfection is in the details, and The Reverie is slowly losing it. "
