Dear Rajnesh, Thank you for taking the time to write about your recent experience. I was indeed disappointed knowing our repair work at the pool effected your stay. The repair work is indeed ongoing, with the pool being drained, and repair work being undertaken in back of house areas (guests are unable to see the work taking place). We have a strict timeline for the pool closure, to minimize the disruption but unfortunately this couldn’t be helped and I sincerely apologise for you not being aware prior to arrival. We endeavor to inform guests in advance, however due to these repairs being last minute we informed all guests on arrival and with letters in every guest room.
