It’s a new hotel hence the room is new and facilities are all in good and new condition.
You need to walk about 1km to restaurant and shops. That is the only inconvenience.
The window is not really soundproof hence you can hear music from the bar and noisy bikers.
Overall hotel is good. Like the new condition. Gym is good size.

The key card would work only on your floor. So you couldn’t go to friend’s room. You would have to go down to the front desk to reset the key to go to a different floor……every time.

The staff forgot to return the credit card deposit.
They insisted that they have never kept it.
Not one but three of them.
I had to be little stern and asked them to double check.
Only to find that they have indeed kept it.
Then they eventually transacted a refund.
I haven’t yet got it back though but this was a surprise at Le Méridien Saigon (a Marriot group hotel).
