'This small hotel is located next to the River Wyre and has some lovely rooms. I stayed 4 night with them at 75 pounds per night including breakfast. The room was very nice, with lovely large bed, view of the river and great shower. The room was recently re-done and has great wallpaper. The food is very good, the breakfast has some excellent old time favourites on the menu, like soft boiled eggs with soldiers, and porridge. But it is all home cooked and tastes very fresh and lovely. 'Best spa we have ever stayed at. The service was absolutely excellent, Fromm all of the staff at the hotel reception, spa and restaurant. Our room was beautiful, very spacious. The only minor comments we have, there was no body wash in our room, and no tap on the bath, had to fill bath with the shower head! Neither detracted from our stay, we can’t wait to visit again. '
