'We arrived 6 hours before checkin to leave our luggage and head to the snow monkey park and they were kind enough to drive us right to the entrance , they have a pass so we didnt have to walk up from the bus stop like everyone else.'

The personelle were super nice and helpful. They provided a free bus ride to the snow monkey park.

The son picked us up from the train station (we told him we would walk from the station to the Ryokan but he was there anyway, so nice!!) and the next day he drove us to the snow monkey park. There is an small onsen in the hotel (which is also the bathroom) Beware the onsen is SUPER hot! You can use it privat....
