'Fijne uitvalsbasis aan de rand van het dorp. Grote supermarkten en fastfoodketens als buren. Je bent zo op het strand of binnen 25 minuten op de boot Harwich - Hoek van Holland. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamers, prima bad en docuhe.'

'Michael was great as a host and had terrific communication. The unit is spacious and well laid out. The only issue was the couch. It looked great but was uncomfortable. The propertv is a block away from the entertainment district. Perfect place for a weekend get away. '

'It was very shabby and it smelt bad. It is conveniently situated for the centre of Clacton but it was very noisy and so I didn't sleep well. There was very little space in the bathroom. They don't do breakfasts so I had to schlep round town in the heat trying to find somewhere. On a positive note the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in.'
