'We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay!'

'When we pulled into the driveway and saw the rental in real time we were a little concerned it would be too small but we were pleasantly pleased with the inside spaces. Plenty of bedrooms for a larger family. The living/kitchen area was a bit small. Had a very cozy feeling but on the second floor there was two bedrooms with a rather large 2nd living room. Very clean home. Beautifully decorated. Very functional for our needs. Location suited our plans. '

'Host was very responsive and brought us the coffee mugs and glasses that were lacking. Kitchen and bathroom are original but clean and functional. House was close to the airport and convenient to williamsville that we wanted to tour. '

'We did not use the laundry service. Shopping was great. My daughter has been a big Bills fan since her college years. She’s 55 now and being in that house and sharing the experience with her 16 year old son and Mom was a joy! I haven’t seen her this excited in a very long time.'

'I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed...

'This home was perfect for our weekend event at the fairgrounds. The house is really cute inside with some "old-home" touches that were nice with a fair amount of updates also. I will say that I was only unpleasantly surprised by the number of spider webs and spiders throughout the house...made my daughter a little anxious to sleep. The kitchen also had an issue with ants.Overall the stay was good, I think it just needed a good cleaning of the high spots.'

'I recommend this place…Clean and spacious living room, decent rooms, excellent heat and hot water it was our main concern because of the weather, could use some upgrades on the lights and door locks, overall is perfect…… quite Neighborhood… excellent communication with the host(Patrice) he assist us and answered all our questions. Definitely will deal with him again.'
