'Plenty of space and close to the city centre'

'Had a lovely stay in Liverpool! Very welcoming, and gave some great tips on where to see! Would highly recommend 😊'

'Heerlijk 3 nachtjes verbleven in een super mooi appartement, alles ligt op loopafstand. Zeker een aanrader! '

'Apartment 6- ok room for what we needed and ideal location. If you like quiet peaceful night these are not for you as clubs below open until 5/6am then there is the clean up and bottle bin noise. Apartment could do with more storage maybe a chest draws in lounge area as no wardrobe just a rail for clothes. Could also do with better black out blinds on the huge windows as the blinds up do not do anything for outdoor light and last of all shelves and hooks in the bathroom as there was no where to...

'The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.'

'The room on arrival was very hot windows didn’t open and fan was broken. The sofa bed was broken along with window blinds. No toilet roll left for a week stay! After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob.'

'Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

'het was een erg mooi en ruim appartement, grote keuken en ruime badkamers. slaapkamers zien er prima uit en alles is erg schoon. ook erg fijn is dat er mogelijkheid is om je bagage op te slaan als je het appartement nog niet in kan en ook op de dag van vertrek.'

'Instructions re which ramp to use (up or down) to enter car park under the apartment block were not clear. We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start! On entering apartment found it to look a lot different to pictures on website. There was no coffee table or furniture unit. The floor was damaged in one corner by the table. The kitchen floor had crumbs over it, the skirting boards were dirty,...

'This is quite a spacious flat and is modern and clean. The sofa is not very comfy and there are storage heaters that don't have chance to warm up so it wasn't very warm.'

'Great place right in the centre of liverpool clean apartment with every thing you could possible need had agreat two days staying here'

'Fairly comfortable. Communication not particularly good or helpful.'
