'Fantastic stay. We had the Stovall room which was very spacious. Bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was also very big. Nice shower with lots of water pressure and nice products. Service was super friendly and everything was clearly explained. We’re lucky enough to be able to park next to the building. Only thing that could finish things off would be a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker.'

'Such a great, different, non-hotel feeling option to stumble upon when I was in Portland, Maine. GREAT location. Feels much more boutique hotel like, quaint, way more appeal than a big "chain" hotel. I would want to book for more than a week to be able to use kitchen and flexibility of apartment-like feel.'

Unfortunately many negatives.They offer what they call is a “kitchen” on every floor- coffee maker did not work and the ice machine did not work- spoke to an associate and was told coffee machine has been out for over 2 months and ice machine was probably a few years. They mentioned that I could go down to the floor below for coffee and the only available ice was downstairs main lobby closet. Was to get...

'I loved staying at Cambria in Portland. The location was perfect; the rooms were spacious and clean. The pillows were really comfortable. The staff was excellent.'

'I loved the variety for breakfast and everything was so good. I enjoyed the free hor deurves free drinks in the evening. The staff were all very pleasent. The noise was kept down.'

'The 3:00 check in time was delayed until 4:40 due to, “rooms not cleaned due to being short staffed.” This is not a huge surprise but the staff was repeatedly rude while communicating this. Most of the front desk and restaurant staff were rude for the first three days of our stay. The hotel looked run-down and the room I stayed in smelled musty. I would not recommend this hotel.'

'Incredibly clean hotel with lovely personnel. Even though some things were a bit dated, the cleanliness made all up for that. Also the complimentary breakfast was a good wat to start the day. '

'Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.'

'There are no doors to the bathroom. The only privacy is a thin plastic 3/4 wall. There was zero privacy.'
