'Lovely grounds, incredible golf course and palm tree view and a lanai/backyard with plenty of space. Perfect for my 12 year old and myself. Great location with KTA and fantastic farmer’s market nearby. Pool was nice for a quick dip, and not too many people there. Only hiccup was a fridge that wasn’t cold enough.'

'Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation!'

'Older unit, interior nice but noisy due to old school wall of jalousie windows… Coqui frogs & road noise. Additional charge for AC although owner manager is able to remotely control temperature and limit to 72 degrees at night even when and hot humid. Big Brother Vibe'
