Our home is a restored Basque country house in the countryside near Hondarribia, situated between the Basque coast, Jaizkibel, and the French border. On the property, we offer a newly finished, independent loft apartment with its own private entrance and parking.

The apartment features an open-concept living space with a fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen, a round dining table, a built-in sofa area, a mezzanine bedroom suite with a double bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The atmosphere is calm, uncluttered, and focused on materials: wood, mineral surfaces, stainless steel, natural light, and soft neutral tones.

The apartment is designed primarily for two guests, with the option to accommodate a baby or child upon request. Guests can enjoy the garden, the new swimming pool, outdoor areas, a barbecue, laundry facilities, and the 11,000 m² of land surrounding the house.

The house has been restored with a strong emphasis on natural materials, light, comfort, and the surrounding landscape. Hemp-lime, wood, stone, ceramic, and stainless steel contribute to the overall ambiance, creating a warm, quiet, and healthy place to stay, close to the sea and surrounded by green countryside.

The location is one of the main highlights of the stay. The center of Hondarribia, along with shops and supermarkets, is 2.5 km away. San Sebastián Airport is 3 km away, San Sebastián is 20 km away, and Biarritz is also 20 km away. The French Basque coast, Jaizkibel, beaches, restaurants, cycling routes, and mountain hikes are all very easy to reach.

We live and work on the property, so the apartment is ideal for guests who appreciate design, nature, tranquility, and respectful use of the space. Private family and work areas are not accessible to guests.

The main room combines the kitchen, dining area, and living area into one open space. The kitchen features stainless steel finishes and is designed for practical use. A round table anchors the room, while the built-in sofa creates a peaceful area for reading, relaxing, or planning the day.

The bedroom is located on a mezzanine level, featuring a double bed and a quiet, suite-like atmosphere under the roof. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a clean, functional layout.

The apartment is best suited for two adults. A baby or child may be accommodated upon request.
