The only minus was check-in speed - too slow and never enough staff, I don't understand the need for typing in information when I made the booking online. This is my second time staying and both times the check-in was the only minus, but MUST improve as this is the first impression.'

'Goed hotel, goede service, vriendelijk personeel. Hotelkamers zelf waren gedateerd, met wat gebreken hier en daar ( douchekop lekte, nachtlampje zat los etc.), kamers waren wel heel schoon. Hotels in hong kong mogen geen wegwerpplastic meer gebruiken zonder bijdragen. Je kan dus je scheermesjes, douchemuts etc kopen bij de lobbie.
