This one was actually the best one I have stayed in in a while. + Excellent location I wish the window could be opened a little more as it gets damp quite easily inside. Also the airco is loud.'

'The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay. From early check-in at 13h instead of 15h without extra cost, to calling the taxi company to make sure that the taxi that picked us up had octopus payment available. Also the small touches like when you walk in after a day in town a staff member will walk to the elevators to press the button already before you get there, that way the wait time is less. The location of the hotel is also good being in central and so close to the famous Lin Huang...

My only complaint was the property is a bit dated and could do with a refresh and there is always something broken in the hotel last time it was the gym now it's the washing machine both of which are essential facilities'
