'Beautiful property and very welcoming! We had just spent 4 nights in Kona and it was such a relief to get away from the crowds and have such a peaceful and private retreat. Everything from the home to the grounds to the pets are so obviously loved and well cared for! Would love to stay again some day!!'

View was amazing and you can hear the waterfall on the property. Check in/out was easy, good communication with the host. The description did not clearly state that the only stairway between the levels was outdoor therefore requires you to unlock the door by keypad when going from one level to the other. 'The house is wonderful! Lots of great cooking gadgets, lovely big tv. Bathroom was great-huge shower lots of towels . Great views from all the windows! Love the horses , cattle , sheep, birds and turkeys . Damian was a great host! Had minor issue he attended to immediately. Great communication!! Can be to great beaches and restaurants in a hour. Some wonderful snorkeling around too. Had zero issues. Do not stay here if you need lots of company or don’t like animals. Was perfect to us. '

'Beautiful ocean view. Space was very clean. We spent our time exploring the island and were not interested in the large resorts. Host were welcoming! Thank you for the fruit plate! If you want a comfortable and quiet place to stay, this place will not disappoint. Use of a washer and dryer was also a plus.'
