The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful also the of the hotel was very close to the beach and being located in the heart of downtown Waikiki made it close to shopping, dining and just walking around town.

Minutes from everything, we enjoyed the roof top pool & hot-tub, great game of pool in excellent common room. It had it's age & expected wear & tear but location & amenities are A . Add lovely front desk staff, Christieann, EXCELLENT cleaning crews... we will be back!

The pool was great. The staff super friendly and the room was more than adequate. Unfortunately, there was construction going on while we were there and that decreased the pleasure of the view from the balcony as well as the quiet in the mornings.

It’s definitely an outdated hotel and something I would not recommend. There is no a/c in the main bedroom, only in the living room. The showers were dirty with only cold water, the curtains had stains, the elevator kept getting stuck. Very poor maintained hotel which needs a major renovation. If it wasn’t for the location I would’ve scored lower.

Great hotel to stay at if location/budget/ and conveinance is what your looking for. Will stay again. Kitchenette was super handy and I enjoyed the large balcony with the view of the beach. The rooftop BBQ was also a plus. Thanks alot to all the staff.

Loved the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, bbq area and a great view of Waikiki. There’s also a cool lounge with pool table on the top floor and only a short walk to the beach! The room was spacious with a kitchen!

昨年に続いて２回目のモナーク。海にも近いし、いやすめのおにぎりもおいしいし、駐車場代も比較的に安い方なのでまた泊まりたいです。駐車場代１日３５ドルで専用マシーンでの前払いです。カードが２種類しか使えませんのでキャッシュを持参した方が便利です。まとめて払って車の窓に張り付ける方法です。おつりは出ませんので２０ドルと５ドルの細かいお札が必要になります。シャッター付なので安心です。

We've been to Oahu 3 times and this place was the best so far! Only a 3 minute walk to Waikiki beach and restaurants and high end shopping ( if thats what your after) and a nice roof top sauna . hottub and pool. Balconies are wide but narrow but the partial ocean/ city views were great!! It was clean and the staff very friendly!

Good value for money, near the beach and in the center of it all. On a bustling street with some street noise. An older building (older furnishings and AC), but we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Parking was on site, convenient, in and out privileges and $35 / nt (relatively inexpensive for the area).

いつも利用してますが、スタッフも親切で部屋数も多くないので、すぐにホテルから外に出れるので便利です。 1階におむすび屋さんがあるし、向かいにはポケの美味しいお店があって朝ごはんに困らないです。

The property was outdated. Like the bathroom was in poor condition though on the upside it did work. The tub was dirty and needed replacing. I was too scared to touch the sides of the tub it was so dirty. Carpet was coming up in areas. The outside deck table had dirt and grime. Couch looked dirty and old. The pros was that it was well stocked. Had extra pillows. Had cutlery and dishes. It had toaster, microwave, fridge, and electric stove with oven. Had a table to eat at. Now the desk service was terrible. They hide behind the desk with their computers and never greeted guests. The complimentary lemon water was empty and the desk service was like ok. She acknowledged it but made no motion to assure that it would be filled soon. They did fill it eventually. There car situation was ok. So if you aren’t bougie and ok with a hotel that isn’t super pristine and up to date then this place is for you. Fits a lot of ppl and has a big balcony too.

シャワーのコックはひねるタイプではなく、引っ張っると水が出ます(^^;; 初めてだったので分からずに故障だと思い、メンテナンススタッフを呼んでしまいましたが、迅速で丁寧に対応してくれました！ あと、駐車場の支払い(5日分)をクレカでしたかったのですが、支払い機が受け付けてくれず、3枚持っているカード全てダメで、175ドル現金出費となってしまいました。何度かトライしている間、他の外国の方も支払われてましたが大丈夫そうで、私だけダメでした…。フロントに伝えたら、現金両替もしてくれて、親切に対応してもらえました。フロントデスクのスタッフさん(ハワイアンの女性の方かな？)がほんとにいつも優しくて笑顔で、日本語はほとんど使えませんがとても居心地良く過ごせました。立地も最高。サーフィンをするので、サーフショップ(MOKU)の近くなのがとても便利。部屋の広さも快適で、古い建物ですが清潔感があります。是非また利用したいです。

We are very pleased with our stay in this hotel, we have been to Honolulu many times, but this hotel is exceptionally clean and in a very good location. We recommend and will come back again
