We stayed at the twin fin during our visit to honolulu. Location is briliant. Very close to the beach. Pool is ok. A bit small but perfect for cooling down. Also enough beds available. The beqch rental they provide ( for which you pay resort fee) is also very convenient. If you have the choise take ocean view room. We had city view on the 5th floor which meant no view no seats on the balcony.

The properly itself is older but well kept. The room was about average. Every room in the building we were in had a partial view of the ocean and Waikiki beach. They provide you with two aluminum cans of water that can be refilled in the lobby. The downsides: if you have a pool facing view, be prepared to experience a bit of noise during your stay. In our room, the A/C unit blows directly onto the bed. The draft was annoying at times.

Across the street from the beach. Restaurant on the premises and also very close to the hotel. Felt very safe. Needed the room cards for the elevator to go up to our room and security was present on the premises

I requested higher floor room months in advance and checkin had to wait 2 hours for my room and they gave me lowest floor room that stunk like fish in the room and hallway cause spoiled food was in garbage for 2 days I had to request to empty the trash buy my own air freshener to spray my room and hallway for days to get rid of that nasty fish smell

We absolutely loved staying here as a family of 4. Cross the road and your on the beach. The wave break wall was reassuring that I didn't need to worry about my kids in the waves and undertow. Just a short walk to everything you could possibly need; shopping, restaurants, zoo, aquarium and Diamond Head. The pool was decent sized, LOTS of seating with umbrellas around the pool area. Loved all the live music at the onsite bar/restaurant. Only drawback was that house keeping didn't visit our room at all until my husband complained on day 3 or 4. The garbage was piling up and we needed fresh towels. Otherwise it was an amazing trip and I would recommend The Twin Fin to anyone visiting Honolulu! We would definitely stay here again!

They charged my credit card 2x over drafted me and I wasn’t able to speak to a manager face to face only through text messages the air conditioner didn’t work our room was so loud from the tiki bar overall horrible experience started with the double charge u able to use my credit card during my stay

This is a great option for anyone looking for a practical and affordable hotel. I choose this hotel because I was able to get the best view at a reasonable price. We booked the junior suite which was great for two people, since my boyfriend is 6’4, we saw the other rooms and it was a bit small for us. The junior suite doesn’t come with an ocean front view but it’s just on the side so it’s pretty close. 2 balconies which allows for great light. The property is at the end of Waikiki beach in more of a calm space, definitely an easy walk to everything, the restaurant was great also. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but overall an enjoyable experience.

The front desk agent who checked us in was so helpful. The room and pool area are beautiful. The hallways outside the room are disgusting though, like piles of ?bird poop? ?dead bugs? All gross. Made me really nervous about the room.

クヒオビーチが目の前にあり右手はワイキキビーチ、左手はダイアモンドヘッドまで見渡せて遮る物は何もないというロケーション。オーシャンフロントの8泊を満喫できた。ホテル前がトロリーバスの停留所でツアー送迎車が斜向かいのホテルなのも良い。周辺には飲食店やabcストアが多数で便利。ただカラカウア通りが遅くまで賑やかだったので早く休みたい時は煩く感じた。 ウォーターサーバーが1階と3階に設置してあるのは良かった。ウェルカムドリンクの缶ボトルに補充して使った。スタッフはフレンドリー。ココナッツクラブには日本人のスタッフもいた。21階で青い海を見ながらの朝食は最高だった。 建物が古いのでトイレットペーパーの枠が外れそうだったり固定シャワーが緩んでいたりしていたので気をつけて使った。そしてトイレの流す音が大きく、コネクティングドアから隣の声や咳もよく聞こえた。清掃後もバスルームに髪の毛がいくつも落ちていたのが残念な点。

We love this property and stay here about 4 times a year. We have noticed that the pool steps need some maintance because some of the tiles have come off and tile around the inside of the pool needs cleaning. Other than this everything is excellent. Rooms are very nice, clean, and rooms cleaned every day or every other day.The staff is always happy to help you .

The A/C was blowing in our faces the entire night while we slept. If we adjusted the temp. in the room, then it would get too warm in the room. The A/C vent needs to have an adjustable lever on it to adjust where the air blows in the room. The last night we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed. Everything else about our stay was wonderful.

Had a very amazing experience, the view we had of the beach was very beautiful. The staff were very friendly, rooms always got cleaned every day. Walkable to many dining places and right across from the beach . Hotel offers free use of beach chairs, umbrella , pool floaties for Beach use which was nice. Definitely would stay again !

10/10 Really enjoyed my 5 night stay. The location was more than perfect; the ocean view room is what made the stay magical. We enjoyed the perks of the free beach rentals, reusable water bottles, and hotel breakfast. The pool area has such cute amazing with ocean views. The rooftop bar really set the night ambiance The only thing that was a tad daunting was the price for parking, seemed too over priced but overall the stay was amazing and I’d definitely recommend. No hotel in the world closes the pool at 8pm, only here it is better to close it., It's too early to close a pool, they have to leave it until later, my kids suffered a lot because of this and honestly believe me, they weren't the only one, many neighbors too!!

It was a little outdated, but location was nice, clean, convenient, and walkable. The beach is across the street. There are lots of restaurants and shopping around the area. You probably won’t need a car if plan on staying local. Ubers prices were not bad.

We enjoyed the property, especially our oceanfront room on the 14th floor! The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach and close to food and shopping. Only rating four stars because we opted to have housekeeping come every other day, however, they only came once (on the 4th day) and I had to call to ensure it got done because our trash was full and we needed more towels. We made sure to take the “do not disturb” sign off the door before we left the room in the morning. We also had a leaking toilet from the bottom but they promptly fixed it. Would typically rate this as 3 stars, but we loved the room so much, it deserves 4 stars overall.
