'Good place , breakfast was good but 3 options only. Rooms were ok , needs more cleaning on bathroom between the guest'

'There was only one staff at the front desk when we checked in, who answered phones and greeted guests. It took 10-15 min before we reached the counter. The staffing level did not seem to be appropriate. There was a lot of personal information being requested during check-in, more so than any other hotels we stayed at and did not seem necessary. While the lobby was very nicely modernized, the guest rooms dated back 30 years. The bathroom was dim and cramped, and felt like a dungeon. We...

'Fire alarm went off and the hotel staff were unaware. There was a big convention during our stay, and many of their attendees made us feel uncomfortable. When concerns were brought up to the front desk, we felt blown off.'

'The property is cleaned. No problem. The only problem we encountered was the TV in the room did not work. I used the phone in the room to call the front desk. However was no dial tone to call out. So I had to walk downstairs to the front desk no one was there. I found her at another location so I flagged her down. She came up and fixed TV. The staff said she can’t the phone, she will refer to the maintenance. But have not heard back.'

'Heel mooi hotel, schoon en grote kamers, maar helaas geen fijne lokatie. Er zijn veel daklozen in de omgeving. Alles om het hotel heen is dicht daardoor. Er rijdt wel regelmatig politie/beveiliging rond.'

'Everything about this hotel is spectacular!!! It is brand new and everything is great from check-in to what you have in your room and Kitchenette, to the outdoor patio and the onsite laundry that came in very handy!! I’ll be back to this location!!'
