'The hotel itself is nice, security fence and gates around property to help protect your vehicle. The area around it has really been run down, homeless peeps hiding in the shadows everywhere. A 16% Tax was added to the bill as a Hotel Tax in a state that has No state tax, very disappointing, this hotel is just over the river from WA. State, next time we’ll book on WA. Side due to the excess hotel tax and surrounding area and homeless issues. '

'My wife had an appointment at OHSU. We came from out of town and were hoping for an early check in so my wife could freshen up before her appointment. We were checked in early within 5 minutes of arriving. Loved it. The staff was amazing'

'Staff is unprofessional and does not care to resolve a problem or support their guests. Have never thought of leaving an unfavorable review before. The management at this location needs to be retrained or replaced. Just awful . '
