'The hotel was much better than when we drove into the property. It looked like, and may have been, an old apartment building. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable. I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. Reasonable rate and good location.'

'The pool and hot tub were very disappointing. It looks very old and needs remodeled. The door to the pool is rusty on the bottom. The hot tub is stained and water is very cloudy. The floor is blue but is peeling everywhere. The guests prior to us left towels and trash all over the floor by the pool. The pool water did not look clean. The pictures posted on Expedia were not accurate. '

'This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean! The bed was so comfortable, the rooftop bar was so pretty and nice for a quick drink/app before dinner, all of the staff were super nice and helpful, the valet was always quick and easy! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to coffee shops, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!'

'Our room that we checked into had not been cleaned. We were moved into a different room which was good. Over all we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. It was not at the standard it usually lives up to. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.'

Mattresses seemed worn out and sunk in the middle. Bathroom vent fan did little to remove the heat and steam from shower, leading to a very warm room and the air conditioner only cooled the bedroom, not the sitting room'
