'The house was very clean, warm and comfortable. Richard very kindly let us leave later on New Year's Day and communication with him was excellent. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.'

'The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it.'
