'We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. There are lots of bicycles not in use and many charcoal grills. The...

'The house did not disappoint. It was beautiful Great view of lake across the street from the deck. Lots of light from the many windows. Bedrooms were comfortable. Only wish is that they had a king bed in the master bedroom and window blinds in upstairs bath. Other wise, the kitchen was very well stocked and everything was very comfortable. Game room was a very nice surprise with a shuffleboard table, foosball table and Xbox machine plus lots of board games. Would definitely stay here...

'Pool was great, we weren’t able to use the hot tub, water never got hot enough. The kitchen needs to be stocked with better equipment, no silverware, pots and pans in bad shape, no dish cloths or towels, beds and bathrooms were acceptable, they did accommodate all of us (12). Needs more towels and blankets or state that you need to bring your own. Price per night for what we got doesn’t match!!'
