'We really enjoyed our stay at the Quail House. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into, and it worked great for us with an active toddler. The fenced yard was a lifesaver, and the property felt safe and relaxed for a family.The riverfront setting is so peaceful. 'This is a WONDERFUL place to stay at during a visit to Ashland. Perfect for two adults. Four would be tight, but workable if you know each other well. The place was clean and well prepped. Easy walking distance to the OSF theaters as well to the Railroad area for Noble coffee and additional food opportunities. Sarah, one of the owners, was quite helpful and extremely friendly.
