'Charming cottage. Great amenities. Lovely garden. Comfy beds. Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily go again. Also, I was slightly worried it would smell of dogs but it absolutely doesn’t. We loved it for a Sutton on Sea mini break. '

'Accommodation good and comfortable but description of fishing nearby not accurate since nearest waterway was so weeded up that fishing was impossible. Owner was welcoming and there were helpful information leaflets. Plum bread delicious! Setting peaceful and sights to see.'

'Although the accommodation was as stated it wasn’t ready on time due to previous tenants a not leaving on time and b leaving a mess so the cleaner had double the work they had 2 large dogs and they let them mess and wee on Astro turf the cleaner did her best but when the sun was out you couldn’t sit in the yard or have doors open because of the smell which was awful they ai Lao smoked in the bedroom and we couldn’t sleep in there even with windows open so had to move in the small bedroom this...

'The house was lovely and clean and is really handy for buses out to Skegness or Mablethorpe as well as a short wander to the shops/ pub/ beach.The garden was a particular high spot and our dog loved it. We had everything we needed and didn't bother driving out to do a "big shop" as the co-op and spar are so close by. '
