'This was the perfect getaway for me. Barb and Barbs farm is beautiful! The apartment was cozy and clean. It was an added bonus getting the farm tour with the goats and an extra added bonus being greeted by kitty cats. I would definitely stay here again! '

'Heavy cleaning solution smell upon walking in. Queen mattresses on full frames so mattresses wouldn't lay flat (had to modify myself for some comfort) shower curtain poorly mounted/cheap rod leaving water pouring onto bathroom floor at start of shower (excellent water pressure though!) no way to lower heat so left window open all night but no fan to move air around. Attempt to a boutique style place but only 80%. Small things but all adds up. I'd consider staying again. '

We can't wait to check it out in every season. Winter was especially wonderful for the hot tub. We were fortunate to get a clear night and had a beautiful view of the stars. Yes- wineries the casino and Finger Lakes are in the general area and this property is in a quiet little neighborhood less than 2 miles from Elmira College- perfect for parent drop-off weekend.The rental felt like it was a brand new renovation & a new listing.
