'Great room as it was last year. Everything was clean. My only complaint is i like a dark room and the outside light shines directly through a window. Next year i need to remember to bring some cardboard to put up in the window. 😁'

'Entrance not well marked nor lit up. I arrived at night and passed by first time. Staff extremely polite,friendly,helpful. Room clean. Bed (mattress) sloped,uneven. Hot tub and pool were comfortable our first night.Second day the hot tub was NOT working and pool was cold. Also sauna room locked.'

'Our room had a balcony and a view of the water. Nice place to relax after a day out. Size of room was nice with a sofa and desk for seating other than the bed. Room just starting to look a little tired bt was very clean.'

'Terri was a wonderful host! The continental breakfast was a great start to my day and had a good selection of food to choose from. The bed and breakfast has ample parking and it's a short walk to downtown Charlevoix. The street traffic can be very loud in the morning. So if you plan on sleeping in I would suggest booking one of the rooms farthest from the front of the house.'

'We loved the charming hotel, gorgeous views of Little Traverse Bay and courteous staff. Renovations have made this historic landmark quite comfortable. We were able to easily ride our bikes into Petosky and to the State Park. Our room (which faced highway 31) was a bit noisier than expected. '
