'My family and I had an unexpected stay here for a night and it was wonderful! The staff were friendly and kind, we had a great night's sleep and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.'

'We stayed 2 days in the room nr 30. The receptionist refused to give us an expedia VIP upgrade, even there were still rooms available for booking. The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved....

'Bij aankomst in het hotel zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Personeel spreekt goed Engels. Kregen zelfs een grotere kamer dan geboekt, alhoewel de kamers dan nog niet echt groot zijn). Uitleg gekregen over het openbaar vervoer en bij de receptie hebben ze direct voor ons een taxi geregeld voor de dag dat we terug zouden gaan. Ontbijt is prima, voldoende keuze in brood(jes), beleg, fruit, sappen, cornflakes, koffie. Ook hier vriendelijk personeel. Bij terugkomst 's avonds even bij de receptie vragen...

'Wat een leuke stadscamping is dit. Wij waren aangenaam verrast. Cultuur snuiven in Rome, maar toch echt een vakantiegevoel door het verblijf op deze camping. Personeel werkt erg hard en is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accommocatie waar wij in zaten was erg leuk en ook schoon. Heerlijk om je eigen douche en toilet te hebben. Echt een aanrader!'

'Vriendelijk personeel, ligging was prima, 10-15min stappen tot dichtstbijzijnde metrostation die je naar alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden van Rome brengt. Bushalte op enkele minuten wandelen. Ontbijt viel tegen, enkel eerste ochtend ontbijt genomen in het hotel. De andere dagen hebben we elders ontbeten. Enkel witte boterhammen of toastjes, Naast confituur was er geen ander beleg. Geen fruit. Eigenlijk niets echt gezond. Voor eieren moest je nog bijbetalen. Kamer was groot en proper....

'Staff was helpful. It was convenient having breakfast if you wanted it, but I think it's cheaper getting it while you're there than setting it up online. Also, it was nice having a restaurant available plus having the cafe right next door that was quite resonable and somewhat popular. The buildings older and could probably use a little more TLC, and location's not as close to the main attractions, but all in all, for the price, I think it's a good stay.'

'A change to the reservation was handled fast and friendly, no remarks about that part. Unfortunately the comfort and the service provided in the hotel does not meet the expectation of the stars of the hotel. For example: there was no press service, which is important when travelling for business. '

'We used the patio eating our meal, the room is small for two people since it’s only one bed ( there’s no available 2 twin beds) The room spray is overpowering that we can’t breathe at night. Maybe it’s the hotel way to keep it smells good. They have to minimize the room spray because it’s very unpleasantly strong scent, to eventually caused you headache. But overall the property is clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful.'

'The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ricky at the reception is definitely a friendly and welcoming staff member who showed genuine interest. At the nearby supermarket, we were able to buy our cheap bus tickets, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the area where you need to transfer between metro and bus doesn’t feel very safe. One tip for improvement: better lighting on the way to the hotel would make guests feel more comfortable.'
